HAVE YOUR INDOOR / OUTDOOR GATHERING AT CD & ME, which can accommodate from 50 to 1,300 guests, depending on the type of function and time of year. Enjoy the unique indoor décor of the first floor and loft area, outdoor paver patios with pergola, and courtyard surrounded by a beautiful setting of a 32’gazebo, large waterfalls and pond, trees, shrubs and hundreds of perennials.

As a full service facility, CD & ME tries to include amenities in the price of the rental that you might expect to pay extra elsewhere. The following items are included in the rental fee:

  • Event Coordinator and Hostess
  • Tables and Chairs
  • Linens and Skirting
  • Outdoor Gardens, Courtyard and Patios with Pergola
  • Beautifully Landscaped Water Features
  • Outdoor Fire Features (weather permitting)

NON-PROFIT RATES - We are pleased to offer a special rate for Non-Profit Groups. Please contact CD & ME for details. A tax-exempt certificate must be provided to be eligible for the special Non-Profit Rates.

RESERVATIONS / DEPOSITS – Event reservations will be confirmed by CD & ME upon receipt of a non–refundable and non-transferrable deposit and a signed contract.

Payments can be made by Cash, Check, MasterCard or VISA (An additional 3% Service Charge will be added to all credit card charges).

NOTE: All prices are subject to change at CD & ME’s sole discretion.


Bar Packages

CD & ME is happy to provide a quality-stocked bar complemented by friendly, licensed bartenders.

Our bar is stocked with top-shelf liquor, domestic, import and non-alcoholic bottled beer, red and white varieties of wine, various soft drinks, juice and bottled water.

Due to the nature of our liquor license, all beverages served on the premises must be purchased through CD & ME.
